The West End Announces New Culinary Director
Owners Blane Toedt and Jen Villa are thrilled to introduce Chef Christopher Shortall as the new Culinary Director of The West End team.
Chef Chris brings along nearly four decades of culinary experience, ranging from roles such as Executive Chef for Roslindale’s famed Gourmet Caterers, Chef de Cuisine at Boston Public Library’s The Catered Affair, and most recently Executive Chef at Willowbend in Mashpee.
Chef Chris and owner Blane Toedt headed up the food and beverage operation together at Willowbend for four years and are very excited to be collaborating again!
With this new acquisition, The West End is looking forward to enhancing and expanding their food program with a particular focus on special events and catering.
